This Privacy Policy describes how AllTime Security Alarm, Inc. (doing business as “AllTime Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you visit our websites, use our services, or enroll in our SMS messaging program.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact & Account Data: name, phone number, email, postal address, company information, account preferences.
  • SMS Enrollment Data: the mobile number you provide, your consent choice and timestamp, program interactions (e.g., STOP/HELP requests).
  • Usage & Technical Data: device/browser info, pages viewed, IP address, referral URLs, and similar analytics.
  • Service Data: work orders, appointments, invoices, and communications related to our security services.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve our services and websites.
  • Send operational messages (service appointments, account updates, important notices).
  • Verify and document consent for SMS messaging (A2P 10DLC/TCPA compliance).
  • Detect, prevent, and address security or abuse issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. SMS Messaging Disclosures

By enrolling, you agree to receive SMS messages from AllTime Systems. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Legal Bases (where applicable)

Where required (e.g., EEA/UK), we rely on legitimate interests, consent (for SMS where required), contractual necessity, and legal obligations as appropriate.

5. Sharing of Information

  • Service Providers: vendors who process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, email/SMS delivery, analytics). We require appropriate safeguards.
  • Legal & Safety: to comply with law, protect rights, safety, and security, or respond to lawful requests.
  • Business Transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

  • Marketing: You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications we send by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages.

8. California Privacy Rights (CPRA)
