These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by AllTime Security Alarm, Inc. (doing business as “AllTime Systems”) (“AllTime Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
2. Services
We provide security-related services, including but not limited to alarm monitoring, installation, maintenance, and communications regarding service appointments and account updates. Specific service descriptions, pricing, and schedules may be set out in separate agreements or statements of work.
3. SMS Program Terms (A2P 10DLC)
3.1 Program Description
By consenting on our website (or other approved enrollment channel), you agree to receive SMS text messages from AllTime Systems related to service appointments, account updates, and important notices. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.
3.2 Consent & Opt-In
Consent is obtained via a clear checkbox or comparable affirmative action. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that the phone number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to enroll that number.
3.3 Opt-Out & Help
- Text STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message.

3.4 Supported Carriers & Delivery
Delivery of messages is subject to your carrier’s network. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3.5 Changes to Program
We may modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We will post updates to these Terms and/or our website.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than the interfaces and instructions we provide. Prohibited conduct includes reverse engineering, unauthorized access, and use that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and any taxes or payment terms will be set out in your order form, invoice, or separate service agreement. Except as required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.
6. Privacy
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllTime Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllTime Systems and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest changes. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any disputes shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
